We provide focused strategic advice.

Accelerating public and private sector clients’ ability to internalize functions needed to spur larger, faster growth in residential resiliency — making home mitigation sustainable as a function embedded within employers, insurers, states, and federal government agencies.

Our interaction with state and federal agencies, as well as, re-insurers, focused on residential catastrophe mitigation, initially for wind (hurricane, tornado), has enabled a deeper dive into key obstacles to progress. Persistence in finding positive resiliency solutions for each of these stakeholders may be helped by a favoring wind; the near unanimous passage of the Community Disaster Resiliency Zones ( CDRZ) Act.

While other industries have exhibited leadership focusing on reducing the level of carbon emissions, the insurance industry’s expertise in catastrophe risk management makes us uniquely well-positioned to help public and private organizations address the effects of increased frequency of natural disasters, specifically on homes.

Alignment of interest. Further aligning RT Mitigation’s financial interests with public stakeholders’ efforts to broaden and accelerate residential catastrophe mitigation, up to 10% of RT Mitigation’s net profit will be donated to each client-state’s residential catastrophe mitigation program, in proportion that the individual state’s advisory fees paid to RT Mitigation represent as a percentage of RT Mitigation’s total annual income received from all public clients.
